2026 Food Vendor Application
The deadline to apply as a vendor for our food court has passed and all Food Courts spots have been filled.
The Fairhope Arts and Crafts Festival uses an application process to select the food vendors for the Festival. The Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival uses only ZAPP for the application, invitation and payment process.
We will never send you an application or request payment outside of ZAPP.
FOOD COURT VENDORS
The Food Court is located on Magnolia Avenue, between North Section Street and Bancroft Street.
Food Court vendors are expected to honor the Festival hours and remain open during those times.
IN-SHOW VENDORS
- Booths are not located in Food Court. There are limited 10x10 spaces throughout the Festival.
- In-Show vendors will not have access to power or water. Please do not use extension cords in City or business outlets. A quiet generator, 65 db or less, is allowed.
- Limited approved food and drinks may be sold from hand-pushed carts or small tents.
The Food Court Committee will decide final placement of vendors. Consideration will be given to returning/veteran vendors who have a history of compliance with the festival.
